The Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a commission determination that an employee's injuries are not compensable where the accident causing the injuries remains unexplained. In Hill v. Southern Tank Transport, Inc. , No. 1460-04-3, 01/18/2005, Hill, a tractor-trailer driver for Southern Hill Transport, Inc. (Southern Hill), was injured while driving from Virginia to South Carolina.
