According to a recent story published by the Daily Telegram out of Michigan, Detroit attorney, Joseph Kierpiec had a default judgment of over $76,000 entered against him Monday in a legal malpractice case where it was alleged he failed to properly handle a work comp claim.The case was brought last year by Adrian resident Gilbert Perez.
