California Department of Insurance investigators announced the arrest of Gary Yost, 41, at his residence in Costa Mesa on October 30, 2002 pursuant to an arrest warrant issued on October 29, 2002 by the Orange County Superior Court. The Orange County District Attorney's Office filed nine felony counts of insurance fraud against Yost that are related to his alleged May 5, 2000 industrial injury.
