The New York Workers' Compensation Board Chairman Robert R. Snashall announced, Monday, that in a continuing effort to provide the swiftest and fairest resolution of workers' compensation claims, the Board has initiated a policy to intervene on behalf of claimants when authorization for requested non-emergency medical treatment has been unnecessarily delayed.
