PN Man Arrested for Working, Collecting TD

The district attorney's office for Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, announced Thursday the arrest of a Moosic man on nine counts of workers' compensation insurance fraud and two counts of unsworn falsification to authorities. Ralph G. Hahn, 49, was employed by the Frito-Lay Co. when he was injured in November 2001 and began receiving disability checks. During this period, Mr. Hahn began working for W.F.& K.
