The Stuart News in Florida reported a story contrary to the usual fraud cases – a jury's finding of innocence of a suspended school district secretary against charges of filing a fraudulent workers compensation claim.
The St. Lucie, FL jury deliberated for almost two days before acquitting Delores Faniel, 47, of the charges.
