WCIRB Publishes Amended Rate Filing

At a California Department of Insurance (CDI) public hearing held on September 29, 2003, the WCIRB submitted an amended January 1, 2004 Regulatory Filing. The amended filing reflects the WCIRB's estimate of cost savings resulting from Assembly Bill 227 (AB 227) and Senate Bill 228 (SB 228). These bills passed the legislature on September 12, 2003, and the Governor is expected to sign them shortly.
