A Scurry County (Texas) Grand Jury indicted an alleged injured worker on fraud charges last week on charges that he collected temporary income benefits (TIBs) while continuing to work. According to Texas Mutual Insurance Co., an investigation revealed that Jake V. Silva was fraudulently obtaining workers' compensation benefits. Silva reported an injury to his right arm while working for B&F Well Service in Snyder. He was released by a physician to return to work with restrictions that day.
