NCCI Takes Issue with AP Report on S.C. Reforms

NCCI's prediction that reform recommendations by a South Carolina task force would cause a short-term 25% increase in costs was never intended as a public document and does not analyze the full impact of the proposals, a spokesman for the rating agency said Tuesday.
