Medical Board Suspends Pasadena Doctor's License

A panel of the Texas Medical Board suspended temporarily the medical license of Dr. Horace B. Halbert Jr. (License No. C6965) of Pasadena after determining that Halbert's continuation in the practice of medicine "presents a continuing threat to the public welfare."
