OSHA Honors Nampa Plant Today

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration gave "Star" recognition under the Voluntary Protection Program to the Pioneer Hi-Bred International facility in Nampa, Idaho. A ceremony was set at the facility for today to recognize the achievement. OSHA regional administrator Richard Terrill said Pioneer Hi-Bred International "has clearly demonstrated that with management and employee collaboration it is possible to implement a systematic approach to safety that gets the desired results--fewer workplace injuries."
