The Florida Supreme Court Thursday heard oral argument concerning a proposed amendment to Rule 4.7.10 regulating members of the Florida Bar. The proposed rule amendment was recommended by the "Special Commission On Insurance Practices II" and relates to "Firm Names and Letterhead".
