Freight Terminal Operation Fined $109,500

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued $109,500 in fines to Central Transport for alleged repeat and serious violations of safety standards at its freight terminal in Seekonk, Mass. Central Transport has headquarters in Warren, Mich. OSHA reported an inspection of the Seekonk terminal begun Oct. 12 and identified several hazards for which the company previously was cited at other locations.
