Judge in RI Nightclub Fire To Decide Next Month

Rhode Island Workers Compensation Judge Bruce Morin, assigned to preside over the trial of Jeffrey and Michael Derderian, owners of The Station Nightclub, and who were fined over $1 million for not have work comp insurance, has set a date of July 24 to issue his decision.Last week, Morin heard arguments from the Derderian's lawyers that the $1.06 million fine was unconstitutional and excessive.
