The jury remains out on how Supreme Court nominee John Roberts stands on insurance, BestWeek reported this week. The federal judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeal and President Bush's choice to succeed Sandra Day O'Connor on the nation's highest court has few insurance-related cases on his legal resume, according to BestWeek.
