Three former laborers involved in Boston's "Big Dig" construction project were arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on charges of worker's compensation fraud and larceny or attempted larceny last week, according to a report published in the Boston Globe. A fourth former worker will be arraigned on the same charges on Nov. 4. A fifth was indicted by a grand jury on similar charges in late August.
