OH Man Guilty of Working While Getting Comp

A New Lexington, Perry County, OH, man pled guilty to one felonious count of workers' comp fraud on Thursday, Oct. 24, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced. Wayne Fulk of New Lexington was ordered to pay back $47,185.82 in restitution and sentenced to five years of community control.
