The California Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) will conduct a free Spanish-language seminar about workers' compensation benefits and laws on Jan. 11 in Los Angeles.
The seminar is designed for workers who recently filed a workers' compensation claim with their employers. However, anyone may attend.
The free, one-hour workshop will cover:
*Workers rights to medical treatment
*Disability payments
*Returning to work after an injury
*Resolving disagreement over a claim.
There will be an information presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.
