Riverside Woman Arrested for Comp Fraud

California Department of Insurance (CDI) Investigators arrested a Riverside woman yesterday on workers' compensation fraud and perjury charges. Martha Rodriquez, 37, also known as Graciela Castro, was booked into Riverside County Jail on a $5000 felony warrant. The Riverside District Attorney's Office, Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit is prosecuting the case. The CDI Investigation revealed that in December 1998, Rodriquez alleged an injury to her lower back and left leg while working as a temporary employee for a temporary staffing firm.
