The California Division of Workers' Compensation will post proposed changes to its controversial Permanent Disability Rating Schedule regulations on its Web site today, spokeswoman Susan Gard said in an e-mail.
Gard said the division has added a new provision to the regulations, Section 9805.1, which addresses data collection by the division, evaluation of the data and revision of the schedule. Injured worker advocates charged during an April 4 public hearing that the new rating schedule is not based on data about actual wage losses, as required by last year's reform bill, SB 899.
