DWC Posting Changes to PDRS Regs

The California Division of Workers' Compensation will post proposed changes to its controversial Permanent Disability Rating Schedule regulations on its Web site today, spokeswoman Susan Gard said in an e-mail. Gard said the division has added a new provision to the regulations, Section 9805.1, which addresses data collection by the division, evaluation of the data and revision of the schedule.
