Unisource Administrators continued to expand in the Southeast with two recently announced acquisitions that add to the company's list of services for workers' compensation clients.
Unisource bought O'Steen Adjusting Services in Atlanta, Ga., and Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs of Alabama's Third Party Administration Division. With the purchases, Unisource has five offices and more than 300 employees in the Southeast.
The acquisition allowed Unisource Administrators to expand its claim management and managed care services in 10 southeastern states.
