Longshoreman's Death Brings $52,250 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued 23 violations with penalties totaling $52,250 against Sun Terminals of Fort Lauderdale after a fatal accident involving a longshoreman at Port Everglades, Fla.
