Since the February 20th fire that raced through The Station nightclub in Rhode Island where almost 100 people died, employee victims and survivors of employees at least could count on workers' compensation to cover some of the financial loss, if club owners had secured the mandatory coverage.Now, in addition to financial ruin, club owners Jeffrey and Michael Derderian may go to jail. Rhode Island's Attorney General Patrick Lynch is planning both criminal and civil cases against the Derderians.
