Judge Sets Date for Coin Dealer Noe's Trial

Accused Ohio coin dealer Tom Noe is set to go on trial starting Aug. 29 in a highly publicized case that could factor into the statewide election in November, the Toledo Blade reports. The paper reported over the weekend that prosecutors and defense attorneys have outlined a lengthy and complex criminal trial that could render a verdict as Ohio voters go to the polls on Nov. 7.
