San Quentin Officer Arrested for Comp Fraud

The California Insurance Department announced Thursday the arrest of a correctional officer on workers' compensation fraud charges. Sgt. Steven Michael Shadden, 32, was booked into the Sacramento County Jail with $115,000 bail, the department said in a press release.
