Industry Exec Picked for Insurance Commissioner

Maryland Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich announced Monday that he has selected R. Steven Orr to serve as the state's insurance commissioner. Orr succeeds Alfred W. Redmer, who resigned in October 2005 to join the private sector, the governor's office said in a statement.
