Workplace Mental Health Issues Stressed

The Industrial Accident Prevention (IAPA) urged Canadian employers to create workplace environments "conducive to good mental health" as National Mental Health Week (May 1 through 7) approaches. IAPA reports mental health disorders in the workplace cost nearly 14% of net annual profits of Canadian companies with an annual price tag of up to $16 billion.
