A Dayton, Ohio, man was ordered by a Franklin County Common Pleas Court to repay the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) $24,972.38, the agency announced.
In addition to having to pay restitution, Michael Bundenthal was sentenced to five years community control and ordered to pay court costs. He had continued to collect temporary total disability (TTD) from BWC after he had returned to work.
