York Purchases Eventide Risk Management

York Insurance Services Group announced Tuesday that it has purchased Eventide Risk Management LLC, a workers' compensation and medical cost containment service in California. Eventide is the parent company of Southern California Risk Management Associates (SCRMA) and Medical Audit and Management(MAAM). York said SCRMA's leadership position in California workers' compensation combined with York's specialized property and casualty services and national scope will benefit customers.
