Tenn. Court Pinpoints Date of Gradual Injury

The date of a gradual injury, for purposes of determining the limitations period, is held to be the date the employee becomes unable to perform his or her job, the Supreme Court of the Tennessee Special Workers' Compensation Appeals Panel decided.
