NY POE Owner Charged with WC Fraud

A Wayne County, New York man pled not guilty Wednesday to 38 separate counts of attempting to defraud the New York state workers' compensation system. Mark P. Boerman, 39, the former principal owner of Executive Resources, Inc., doing business as Payforce, appeared before Judge Patricia Marks in Monroe County Court following a Monroe County grand jury indictment that was filed 11/21. Boerman released on his own recognizance until a court appearance in March.
