New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill into law on Monday that requires workers' compensation providers to submit electronic medical bills, and requires employers, carriers or third-party administrators to pay them within two months.
Assembly Bill 3401 and its Senate counterpart, S-2136, exempts providers who submit fewer than 25 bills per month.
