Hefley Law proudly welcomes Mr. Rommel Embisan as our new Senior managing attorney in our Southern California office.  Mr. Embisan is a Certified Worker's Compensation Specialist with nearly 2 decades of Worker's Compensation experience.  Throughout the course of his career he has had extensive trial and appellate level experience and has established himself as an evenhanded and fair, yet firm and steadfast, workers compensation defense attorney within the Worker's Compensation community.  Mr. Embisan has mentored and trained numerous associate attorneys over the years and will continue to do so in his current capacity. Mr. Embisan has established deep ties to the WC and Insurance communities and his clients can attest to his reliability and passion for defending their interest.
