Carlos Luna Joins Choices Case Management, Inc. Leadership Team as President and CEO

Together with Choices founders Sue Bowers and Connie Rominger, Carlos will bring his 15+ years' experience leading, developing, implementing, and marketing complex business concepts to the workers' compensation industry.

Most recently serving in executive roles at TRISTAR Insurance Group and managed care service provider Risico, Carlos also worked as a key legislative and regulatory advisor in the adoption of EBM standards in California and New York, providing a deep understanding of the framework needed for improved patient health outcomes and cost savings.

He's the current Vice President of the Hispanic Insurance and Risk Management Association, and a recognized industry thought leader, speaking at national industry and trade events, and blogging on regional and national issues facing the workers' comp community.
