The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration is looking to fill a vacancy that will be created when an administrative law judge in Albuquerque retires in October.
Judge Reginald C. Woodard, who was first appointed to serve as a judge in November 2012, has decided not to seek reappointment for his term that is set to expire Nov. 24. The WCA said his last day in office will be Oct. 16.
The WCA is accepting applications through 5 p.m. on Sept. 29.
Public interviews with prospective judges will be held sometime on or around Oct. 13, the WCA said.
