York Risk Services Acquires CareWorks

CareWorks Family of Companies, the largest private manager of workers’ compensation claims in Ohio, has been acquired by York Risk Services Group Inc., the parent of CareWorks’ smaller rival, Frank Gates Ohio. Both CareWorks and Frank Gates are based in Dublin.
