NYCIRB Announces Retrospective Rating Plan Manual

The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (NYCIRB) said state regulators have approved its 2010 Workers Compensation  Retrospective Rating Plan Manual, effective Aug. 1.The 2010 edition of the manual has been reformatted and is intended to be more user-friendly, NYCIRB said in a notice Tuesday.The manual has been made consistent with manuals used in  other jurisdictions  but does not change the retrospective rating formula, currently approved values or calculation of premium.The NYCIRB notice and the attached manual are here: http://www.nycirblib.org/rcb/rcb/rc2243.pdf.S...
