New PRIMA President and Officers Take Seats on Board

Dean Coughenour, risk manager for the city of Flagstaff, Arizona, was sworn in last week as president of the Public Risk Management Association, PRIMA announced on its website. Coughenour and other officers were sworn in at the association's annual conference in Houston last week. Coughenour has served on PRIMA’s board of directors since 2012.
