A New York appellate court revived a worker’s claims based on his injuries from a fall while installing a sign on the soffit of a building. Case: Alberici v. Gold Medal Gymnastics, No. 2018-01284, 08/11/2021, published. Facts: Letter Perfect Graphics was hired to manufacture and install an electrical channel letter sign on the exterior of a building owned by Madison Parker LLC. Donald F.
