Liberty Promotes Wesley Hyatt to Chief Client Officer of Global Risk Solutions

Liberty Mutual Insurance announced today the appointment of Wesley Hyatt as chief client officer of its Global Risk Solutions.

Hyatt will lead Liberty’s Client Executive team and its U.S. Client Service team, which provides day-to-day support for large domestic policyholders and their brokers.

Liberty said Hyatt has held a number of leadership positions in claims and account management.

Most recently, she was senior vice president of workers’ compensation claims for Liberty. Under her leadership, Liberty said it improved claim outcomes and implemented a digital transition to a cloud-based system.

Liberty, based in Boston, is one of the largest property and casualty carriers in the world.
