Formulary Kicks in July 1

Kentucky's new drug formulary will take effect July 1, the Department of Workers’ Claims said in a bulletin. After months of workshops and meetings with advisory committees, the department earlier this year adopted MCG Health's Official Disability Guidelines drug formulary for all injuries on or after Jan. 1, 2019. Regulators are now educating stakeholders on the process and the timetables.
