The board of directors for Oregon’s SAIF Corp. will review financial reports and discuss a possible policyholder dividend during a meeting Wednesday.
Directors will review budget outlooks and first-quarter results during the meeting. They’ll also review a risk appetite statement and policyholder dividend recommendation during the meeting.
Other agenda items include a worker safety fund update and the election of board officers.
The meeting runs from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at SAIF’s office, 400 High St. SE in Salem.
