The New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation has posted the 2021 schedule of disabilities and maximum benefits.
The schedule covers injuries to hands, fingers, legs, feet, toes and eyes, except for amputations and enucleation. It also covers hearing loss.
An arm injury with a 50% disability rating, for example, would be entitled to a maximum of $50,310 over the duration of the benefits, the schedule shows.
The schedule was provided by the New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Co. New Jersey law allows 70% of the worker's pre-injury weekly wage and a maximum benefit rate of 75%...
