Bills to Maintain Debit Card Payments, Extend Presumptions in SD Go to Senate Floor

Bills that would give fire and rescue workers in San Diego the same presumptions as other first responders, and allow California carriers to continue using debit cards to pay indemnity benefits, bypassed a fiscal committee and are now up for a vote by the full Senate.
