MLAC Meeting May 19

Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee will discuss rulemaking activities, legislation and COVID-19 claims during a May 19 meeting. Committee members will hear updates on the Workers’ Compensation Division’s efforts to implement bills that were passed earlier this year and ongoing rulemaking activities. Members will also hear reports on COVID-19 claims, including an update on an audit of denied claims. MLAC meets from 12:30-2 p.m. May 19.
