WCD Seeks Input for Rulemaking Committee

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division is soliciting recommendations for possible amendments to medical payment and service rules that will be reviewed by an advisory committee later this year. The committee will review medical fee and payment rules in OAR 436-009, medical service rules in OAR 436-010 and managed care organization regulations in OAR 436-015.
