A Vacaville contractor was convicted of workers’ compensation fraud after showing up for a job with an employee, despite claiming he had no employees on his permit application, according to the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office.
Gregory Rudolph, 57, was a licensed contractor through the Contractor’s State Licensing Board and his company, Reliable Electric.
