Vacaville Contractor Convicted of WC Fraud

A Vacaville contractor was convicted of workers’ compensation fraud after showing up for a job with an employee, despite claiming he had no employees on his permit application, according to the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office.  Gregory Rudolph, 57, was a licensed contractor through the Contractor’s State Licensing Board and his company, Reliable Electric. Though Rudolph had purchased insurance through the state’s compensation insurance fund, he only listed himself as an employee of the company, according to records with the California State Licensing Board....
