Facts: Wallace Miller worked for Transdev Bus on Demand LLC as a paratransit operator. He worked five days a week, for nine hours a day, transporting passengers — who were often visibly ill — to and from medical appointments.
On March 20, 2020, Miller developed symptoms consistent with COVID-19. He was hospitalized four days later, where he tested positive for COVID-19.
