Utah Labor Commissioner Sherrie M. Hayashi has resigned from her position after 23 years with state government, according to a post in the Labor Commission's Quarterly e-Newsletter.
The labor commissioner oversees the Industrial Accidents Division, which administers Utah's workers' compensation system.
