High Ct.: City May Offset Heart Benefits from Disability Pensions

The city of Waterbury did not breach its collective bargaining agreement with police officers by offsetting the amount of heart and hypertension benefits from their disability retirement pay, the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled.Case: Russo et al. v.
